Hi, I'm Victoria.
I started Blossom Tools because I kept meeting wonderful people doing meaningful work, and watching technology slow them down. Founders who'd rather be with their clients than fighting their software. Nonprofits run by a handful of devoted people, each wearing six hats.
For more than ten years I've worked across startups, established organizations, and nonprofits, in business development, strategy, branding, web design, and the systems that tie it all together. Somewhere along the way I realized that the best technology is the kind you stop noticing, because it simply works and lets you get on with your mission.
I'm technical and outcome-focused, and I care just as much about the people behind the project. I listen for the dream underneath the to-do list, and I treat your mission like a member of the team. My clients often say working together feels both productive and fun, and I take that as the highest compliment.
Today I partner with businesses and nonprofits wherever they are, by video, by phone, and sometimes in person, as a strategist, designer, coach, and steady I.T. hand, all in one.
